About Us

Pratyancha Financial Services Limited (PFSL) is registered as a Non Banking Finance Company (Non Deposit Taking) under the Section 45IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 having registration No. B-14.00650 dated 21st day of December, 2002.

In the present scenario PFSL has decided to finance the “missing middle” and to cater to Small and Micro Enterprises in India. PFSL is catering to micro, small and medium enterprises in semi-urban & Urban areas within India. In India have a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises which are under-served and therefore will benefit from the products and services introduced by PFSL. This sector, which is crucial to India’s economy, has limited access to organized financial services and is therefore often referred to as the ‘missing middle’.

PFSL is a micro-finance company registered & licensed as Non Profit Making Company under section 25 (presently Section-8) of the Companies Act, 1956 (No.1 of 1956). It got registered in the year 2011. Organization provides financial services to poor rural/semi urban families in Central & Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan to enable them to endow in income-generating activities. SSMC started its operation from Jaunpur, U.P. with two branches, SSMC diversify its portfolio and covered 14 branches in two states named Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
